Prepare the grape leaves If the grape leaves are salted, soak them in hot water for 3–5 minutes to remove excess salt. 4. Wrap the dolma Place a grape leaf flat on a surface, add a small amount of filling in the center, and roll it tightly into a small wrap. 5. Arrange in a pot Place a few grape leaves at the bottom of the pot. Arrange the wrapped dolmas tightly next to each other. 6. Cook the dolma Pour one cup of water over the dolmas and place a small plate on top to keep them from opening. Cook on medium heat for 40–50 minutes.
